This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Glowmoji: AI Emoji Maker (the "App") or visit glowmoji.co.
Information we process
Prompts, photos, and generated content
When you ask the App to create an emoji, sticker, or related image, we process the text prompt, photo, reference image, style choices, and other inputs you choose to submit. These inputs are transmitted to our servers and AI processing providers so that they can generate and return the requested result.
Generated content may be temporarily cached or stored as needed to deliver it, support generation history where available, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures. Images you save to your Photos library remain under your control on your device and in any backup or cloud-photo service you use.
Device, usage, and diagnostics
We and our service providers may process technical information such as app version, device model, operating-system version, language, country or region, IP address, anonymous app or device identifiers, feature interactions, generation status, performance data, and crash or diagnostic reports. We use this information to operate, secure, debug, and improve the App.
Subscriptions and purchases
Payments are processed by Apple. We may receive an anonymous subscriber or receipt identifier, product and subscription status, transaction dates, country or region, and refund information. We do not receive your full payment-card details or Apple Account password.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message, such as screenshots or diagnostic details. Please do not send private photos or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for us to resolve your request.
Website data
glowmoji.co is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time for security, reliability, and content delivery. The website does not require an account.
How we use information
We use information to:
- generate and deliver the content you request;
- provide app features, subscription access, and purchase restoration;
- detect unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
- maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve performance;
- respond to support, privacy, and legal requests; and
- comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.
AI processing
AI generation requires sending your selected inputs to service providers that process them on our behalf. Do not submit content you do not have the right or permission to use. Avoid including confidential information in prompts or images. AI-generated results are probabilistic and may be unexpected, inaccurate, or similar to content generated for other users.
How we share information
We may share information with vendors that help provide AI generation, cloud hosting, content delivery, analytics, diagnostics, security, customer support, and subscription management. They may process information only to perform services for us or as otherwise described in their own policies.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing generation results, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and service provider. Some information may remain in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten.
You can delete images saved on your device through the Photos app. To request access to or deletion of personal information we may hold, email help@glowmoji.co. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when required or permitted by law.
Permissions and your choices
- Camera and Photos access is requested only when needed for a feature you choose. Manage it in iOS Settings.
- You decide which prompts and images to submit and which generated results to save or share.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information.
International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A higher minimum age may apply in your country. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
